Han Leong graduated from University of Science Malaysia in 2010 with Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After graduation, Han Leong had gained in both site and design experience. He joined SSP Consultancy (M&E) Sdn Bhd as an engineer after graduation. Han Leong has also worked as Mechanical Engineer at Bescon Consulting Engineers Pte Ltd. In 2019, Han Leong joined Squire Mech as an Executive Engineer.
Han Leong has been involved in various types of building projects such as CanningHill mixed development, FX mixed development, Mercure Icon Hotel, Lyf One-North, TMNX data centre, City Square Mall AEI, etc. The projects allow him to gain knowledge in chilled water system, M&E reticulation systems, fire protection system, etc.
A number of these projects had won Singapore BCA Construction Excellence Award, Sustainable Design Green Mark Award.
He was promoted to Associate in October 2022 and then to Senior Associate in April 2024. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, EXIN EPI Certified Data Centre Professional and Green Mark Accredited Professional of Singapore Green Building Council.
